Meet Drew

Arpeggio was founded by Drew Harnish in 2023. His inspiration for the firm began with an operations problem he solved on an airplane napkin.

Drew has 15+ years of experience designing strategies, processes, and cultures that redefine operational performance within aerospace manufacturers. He has led and consulted on highly visible aerospace projects for some of the biggest names in the industry and for disruptive startups.

The Window


30,000 feet in the sky, with clouds drifting across the window of an MD-80, the idea for Arpeggio Consulting Group was born in 2016.

That year, Drew found himself frequently jet-setting across the country to coach senior corporate aerospace leaders on fundamental operations principles. He recognized that while the industry was investing heavily in new technology and talent, it was still plagued by inefficient processes that kept brilliant engineers from scaling their innovations.

While others got lost in technical details, Drew saw that the solution wasn't more sophistication—it was simplification. If these fundamental problems existed at major corporations, what about the innovative startups trying to revolutionize the industry?
